Four levels of curved glass with just one dwelling at each level on this corner site creates the illusion of 4 modern houses stacked one upon the other. Yet, similar to our Clovelly project, the projecting curved balcony slabs at each level pulls the scheme into a cohesive unified form. Natural material finishes: off-form concrete, stone and sliding hardwood screens enclose the envelope and articulate programmatic zones internally.
