A timeless and introspective character was developed for this short-stay low-rise accommodation adjacent to a sensitive state heritage listed site in Sydney CBD. Aimed squarely at the youth market, patrons experience a range of social and public spaces for meeting in larger groups then smaller, nuanced zones for more personal contact. The monolithic form is articulated with splayed reveals bringing light and character to individual rooms.
